Founded in 1997, Sindex Financial Systems was formed with a singular mission: to provide premium financial & technology consulting services to the buy side community. Its founder, Michael Berger, is a recognized industry expert in the field of investment system implementation and integration, advising both asset managers and software vendors on a broad spectrum of topics within that discipline.

In 2003, Sindex began including hedge funds in its practice specialty with great success, fueling considerable growth in the last several years. This year, Sindex has expanded its partnership program with expectations of continued growth momentum over the upcoming year.

Michael Berger is the President, CEO and founder of Sindex Financial Systems. Prior to starting Sindex, Michael managed the implementation of multiple vendor and proprietary investment management systems at Lazard Freres. Michael is a graduate of Binghamton University with a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry.
